FAQ
I. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
There is no travel fee for sessions taking place in Morecambe, Lancaster, or Heysham. For sessions or event photography outside these areas, a travel fee will apply depending on the distance to the location. Any additional travel costs will always be discussed with you before booking.
II. Do I need to bring my own dress for a maternity session?
No. I provide a selection of beautiful maternity gowns for all maternity sessions. You can view the available dresses in my portfolio before booking. Before the session, we'll simply discuss outfits for your partner and children to ensure everything looks coordinated.
III. How long does a session last?
The length of your session depends on the package you choose and the number of edited images included. Every session is relaxed and unhurried, allowing plenty of time for different poses, outfit changes, and natural moments.
IV. Can I bring my large dog to a photoshoot?
Absolutely! Outdoor sessions with dogs are never a problem. Studio sessions are also possible, provided your dog is calm, well-behaved, and comfortable in new surroundings. As long as your pet can be safely managed and feels comfortable, I'd be delighted to include them in your session.
V. Do you offer additional products or services?
Yes! I work with a professional photography lab to ensure every product is of the highest quality. You can order professional prints, luxury photo albums, canvas wall art, large-format prints, USB presentation boxes, and more. Samples are available for you to view before ordering.
VI. When will I receive my photos?
Your final gallery will be delivered within 30 days from the date you select your favourite images. I'll explain the full process and timeline after your session, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
VII. How can I book a session?
Booking is easy! You can contact me by email or through my social media channels, including Messenger and WhatsApp. Once we've discussed your ideas, I'll help you choose the best package and arrange a suitable date.
VIII. What should we wear for the session?
We will discuss styling before every session. I'm always happy to help you choose outfits from your own wardrobe. Many clients send me photos of their clothing beforehand, and together we'll create a coordinated look that photographs beautifully.
IX. Can I purchase additional edited images?
Yes! You can purchase extra edited images after your session. The price per additional image depends on the package you choose—the larger the package, the lower the cost of each additional photo.
X. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session. Full payment details will be provided when you book.
XI. What happens if the weather is bad for an outdoor session?
If the weather isn't suitable for an outdoor session, we'll simply rearrange your booking for the next available date at no extra cost. My priority is to give you the best possible experience and beautiful photographs.
